Secure and Centralized User Management
New Standard in Access Control with i-frame
User authentication and authorization processes form the basis of security in corporate systems.
i-frame makes identity management centralized, secure and consistent thanks to LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) integration.
- User credentials are managed from a single directory
- Bi-directional data synchronization between i-frame and LDAP
- Roles, authorizations and permissions are managed directly from the LDAP directory

What is Provided with LDAP?
With Centralized Authentication, user information is authenticated only through the LDAP directory, eliminating the need for separate user management across multiple systems. This single source structure minimizes the risk of unauthorized access and provides consistent and secure access control within i-frame.
With Automatic Role and Authorization Transfer, the roles defined in the LDAP directory are directly reflected on the i-frame platform. Each user is positioned in the system with the authorization set appropriate to the role they have. Role changes are automatically activated and take effect instantly, making it possible to dynamically implement security policies.
The Streamlined User Onboarding Process simplifies the onboarding of new users. For a user added to the LDAP directory, the necessary access permissions are automatically defined in the i-frame and the user interface is customized according to their role. This structure provides an efficient and controlled provisioning experience for both users and IT teams.
Finally, with Centralized Management and Minimum Intervention capability, any changes made to LDAP (user information, roles, permissions) are automatically synchronized within i-frame. User access is updated or disabled instantly. This structure both maintains consistency and creates a sustainable identity management infrastructure by reducing the management burden.
“User management with LDAP is now more centralized, more secure and fully synchronized. i-frame talks to your corporate access infrastructure, automatically recognizes authorization and adapts the system for you.”

Why These Integrations Provide Strategic Advantage?
Productivity Increase
Automation in user management
- User provisioning, authorization and deletion are managed from a single point
- Manual definitions are eliminated
- IT teams save time
Example: When new hires are added to LDAP, they are automatically given access to i-frame.
